We will be building a “gutter sundae”! We will give out awards for best and worst gutter sundae!

And there will be a first and last place for who eats their sundae the quickest!

Your youth may bring as many friends as they like that night!

Pairs will bring all the makings for a scarecrow to be displayed during coffee hour. No purchases needed, gather supplies from your homes to create a one-of-a-kind scarecrow masterpiece.

Bring something homemade, something store bought, or come with empty hands – however you come, we will pull out a chair for you and welcome you among the Beloved Community.

With the autumn weather we thought pulling out that favorite soup or chili recipe was in order. This is a chance to show your cooking skills and share a bowl with our church community.

• There will be a sign up sheet for participants on the fellowship board.

• What will be required is that you bring your creation in a crock pot (if possible), label your entry with name of product and the cook’s name.

• Each entry will be voted on by all attendees.

• Fellowship judges will tally the votes and announce a winner or two.

WE HOPE TO GET MANY COOKS AND HAVE A GREAT TIME TOGETHER

The CCSD will continue to provide a drive-through/pick up food pantry on the third Saturday of every month from 10 to 12 pm. We would like to thank the congregation once again for their commitment and generosity to the CONGO Food Pantry.
