Sunday, Oct. 20, beginning at 1pm: Trail Walk at – Allens Pond Wildlife Sanctuary – Last spring, Fred Dabney led a fascinating tour through a section of the Audubon Sanctuary at Allens Pond. On October 20, we’ll start at a different point and see more of the Sanctuary, with Fred again as our guide. Meet at 1:00pm at the Audubon Stone Barn, 786 Horseneck Road, South Dartmouth. We’ll walk along wooded trails, so wear sturdy shoes and dress for whatever weather the day brings. A couple of things to note: dogs are not allowed and be sure to meet at the Audubon entrance on Horseneck Rd, South Dartmouth (there’s another entrance on Horseneck Road, Westport, across from Bayside Restaurant).
High School Youth Group: Come and join the fun! October 20th, from 7:00-8:30, Gaga Ball and Ice Cream.

Thursday, December 19th: Thursday we will have a short contemplative service from 6:30-7 pm. It will be a quiet reflective service as we journey to the manger together. Please come and share this peaceful time with us.
Potluck Dinner – Wednesday, February 5th from 6-7pm: On Wednesday, February 5th we will have our monthly potluck dinner from 6-7 p.m. I thought it would be nice for the winter months of January and February to bring a neighbor or friend to our potluck! The neighbor/friend does not need to bring a dish if we all just slightly increase what we bring then we should have enough food. Also, reassure your guest that we are not proselytizing or trying to recruit new members – we just want to add guests to our table – there is a saying “don’t build walls in this life but build a longer table”. Let’s try “to build a longer table” this month and the next! All faiths welcome!
Saturday, February 8, 7:00-8:00pm – Irish Music Concert, New Bedford Fishing Heritage Center: The Fishing Heritage Center offers a great calendar of events through the winter, including this concert of Irish dance music featuring Golden Lane.
