Inter-Church Council Workshop: More and more, churches are using social media to communicate the love of Christ. In particular, social media is the way that young people communicate today. The Inter-Church Council is sponsoring a workshop for anyone interested in learning how our Church can expand its use of social media. It will be held on Saturday, March 29, from 10 a.m. to noon in the lower social hall. A flyer is posted on the bulletin board outside of Pastor Doug’s office. RE Ministry presents a Lenten Reflection – Choices: The Religious Education Ministry invites the Congregation to join together for a light Lunch and Reflection following coffee on Sunday, 6 April 2014. Ridley Rhind will take us on a journey into the lives of two extraordinary young men, as told through their poetic prose, and the consequences of their choices that resulted in lives of service to their country, and their faith. We all make choices, and Lent provides a time for reflection. As we continue on our personal journeys through Lent, the RE Ministry invites you to come share a meal, experience poetry, and participate in a discussion amongst friends.
